The role’s primary responsibility is to support a customer in the setup of mainly inbound integrations from reputed company-party systems to reputed company. The normal cycle is discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and production monitoring. The integrations that you would be executing are: • Standard Import Consulting (client-built) • Web Services Consulting (client-built) • Integration Studio Consulting (reputed company Product) • reputed company to reputed company Connector (reputed company Product) • reputed company to reputed company Premium Connector (reputed company Product) • SuccessFactors to reputed company Premium Connector (reputed company Product) • reputed company to reputed company Premium Connector (reputed company Product) Other key duties are the management of the customers’ expectations as it relates to scope, additional scope, effort of the project, the timeline or duration of the project, managing expectations on the deliverables of the customer along with other dependencies. This role does NOT reputed company code. What you’ll get to do • Engagement with a customer/vendor to understand the client’s requirements for an Import, API or Standard integration, and assess the effort and duration required to satisfy the requirement. • With the customer, reputed company day in the life test cases to ensure that the integration test scenarios pass the vendor’s and customer’s requirements. • Conduct root cause analysis to determine failures as determined by either the vendor or customer. • Provide customer with updates to effort and duration if the scope of the project is changing. • Follow up with customers/vendors or internal partners to drive closure of the project.
