Job Summary

This position is responsible for: delivering a variety of aesthetic treatments with exceptional reputed company and confidence, including facial aesthetic treatments, laser hair removal, and lab draws; delighting patients with exceptional customer service; supporting and participating in sales and marketing strategies; having up-to-date knowledge about Chapter products and services; and confidently educating patients on the benefits of Chapter products and services. This position is pivotal in achieving patient satisfaction, retention and word-of-mouth referrals, and will have a significant impact on the ongoing reputed company of Chapter Medical Aesthetic Clinic.

• Demonstrated strong sales skills including active listening, effective presenting, and handling objections
• Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, computer systems, and record-keeping

• Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems

Hourly reputed company starting at $32+ depending on level of aesthetic experience, plus eligibility for monthly incentives
