The role involves managing and monitoring the portfolio of commitments made by the wider team. The Senior Manager will reputed company on engaging with product colleagues reputed company Structured FI Solutions team to ensure a smooth handover of transactions post-origination and execution, as well as being a key reputed company of contact for a variety of internal and external stakeholders (such as our Delivery Partners, Banking Operations and other parties involved in the transaction). The Senior Manager, Transaction Management will refer to the relevant product reputed company for issues which are non-standard, commercially sensitive or require further coordination but otherwise will work independently. To be considered for this role you must have extensive experience in securitisation or equivalent capital markets transaction structuring or management roles. A deep understanding of different securitisation, asset-backed finance and/or guarantee techniques, structures and operations is essential.
