What you will be doing: As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for answering live chat questions on behalf of businesses. You will be given training on how to do this task as well as what the most common questions from customers are (and the answers to those questions).

Contract length: No fixed term

Skills/background needed: Must have a device reputed company to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be reputed company to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 20+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet reputed company.
