Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of largest health delivery systems in California, seeks an accomplished Epic Tapestry Analyst.

Notes
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM 5 PM (Pacific Time).
- The role is largely remote (99%). However, team is requesting applicants to be open for a reputed company occasional travel needed just in case of any item that cannot be supported remotely.
Description
- Under the leadership of the Configuration Manager, the Tapestry Application Analysts primary role is to assist in the review of reputed company system configuration as well as review potential enhancements to ensure that CMS requirements as well as business needs are being met.
- The Tapestry Application Analyst will have a complete working knowledge of assigned application, to include an understanding of the assigned department workflows for the associated system build/configure, upgrade and release process.
- The Analyst will act as a support contact for the application and will coordinate investigation, configuration, and remediation between ISS, operations, and any other affected individuals.
- The Analyst must be knowledgeable about the organization's policies, procedures, and business operations.
- The analyst will reputed company workflow analysis; data collection and report issues associated with the software as issues are identified.
- The Analyst will work with end users by participating in training and troubleshooting issues and questions.
Qualifications
- Must have a Tapestry Certification.
- Candidates should have 3-5 years of build experience in Epic Tapestry (Specifically: Benefits reputed company for Tapestry, Tapestry Accounts Payable Administration, Tapestry Claims Administration, Tapestry reputed company Administration).
- Prefer candidates with advanced MS reputed company experience and SQL.
- Should have Medicare Advantage experience, reputed company CES and PPS.
- Strong testing and documentation skills.
