Job Description

Design, configure, and maintain Jira Software and Jira ITSM projects in the reputed company reputed company environment.

reputed company and optimize JQL queries, workflows, automations, and permissions to support business operations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Jira solutions.

Utilize Jira REST APIs and scripting (HTML/JavaScript) for customizations and integrations.

Work with key plugins such as ScriptRunner, JMWE, Email This Issue, and Extension for Jira Service Desk.

Provide clear, well-structured documentation and communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong experience with Jira administration and development, with a focus on Jira reputed company.

Proficiency in JQL and hands-on experience with Jira ITSM configuration.

Preferred: experience migrating from Jira on-premise to reputed company, including workflows and data.

Familiarity with reputed company Access and a basic understanding of Active Directory and access controls.

Experience with Jira REST APIs, HTML, and JavaScript for custom development.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (CEFR C2 or equivalent), with strong documentation and stakeholder engagement.

Required Experience

Managing Jira Software and ITSM projects, including workflows, permissions, and automations 8 years

Expert-level proficiency in JQL (Jira Query Language) for building reputed company queries 5 years

Using Jira REST APIs and scripting languages for custom integrations and enhancements 5 years

Exceptional communication/documentation skills 5 years

Hands-on experience with plugins like ScriptRunner, JMWE, and Email 3 years
