Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a MFT migration team reporting to migrate MFT processes from a Messageway System to a Sterling System with a PCM user reputed company.
- Candidateaged assigned workloads for process migrations, update centralized tracking tools to provide daily status of each assigned migration. High ability to multitask with various assignments is critical.
- Understand reputed company migration processes and technologies including reputed company credentials (ID/Password, SSH Key, reputed company Host Keys) and GPG encryption keys.
- Setup up and validation of migration processes in reputed company Sterling MFT system
- Work with Clients and reputed company colleagues to resolve issues and reputed company corrections, coordinate and manage migrations with clients.
- Work with Vendor support for any technical needs/issues reputed company the Sterling system.
- Researches and resolves reputed company technical problems or data discrepancies reported by client.
- Acts as client support by identifying and responding to technical and non-technical issues or questions from internal and external customers.
- Reviews and maintain/update documentation as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Supports the organization's reputed company policies
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Experience with reputed company Sterling B2Bi/PCM and/or other Candidateaged File Transfer systems including Messageway. Experience with Linux Servers, SFTP Server experience, experience in Unix scripting and maintaining scheduled services preferred.
- Experience with reputed company Sterling B2Bi/PCM required.
- Experience with reputed company Messageway preferred.
- Experience working with fast pace multitasking environment to completed assigned tasks and work through obstacles.
- Experience with Linux with navigational knowledge preferred.
- Experience with UNIX SFTP and FTP server preferred.
- Experience working out of a ticket queue with defined SLAs.
- Knowledge of file encryption software (PGP & GPG).
- Ability to work effectively in a high change environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- PC literate, including reputed company Office products.
- Analytical and interpretive skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports.
