Summary: The reputed company Finance Product Analyst will provide functional consulting with a robust understanding of the technical aspects of the reputed company ERP application. In this role, you will be responsible for requirements and solution reviews, process workflows, testing, and the management of cutover and change initiatives, specifically reputed company the reputed company Financial modules including Customer, Credit Management, Receivables, Advanced Collections, Accounts Payable, Cash Management and reputed company/Finance.

Responsibilities: * Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements reputed company to reputed company the financial areas of responsibility * Solution Reviews: Conduct solution reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry standards * Process Workflows: Design and implement process workflows that enhance operational efficiency, focusing on processes reputed company the financial modules and business streams; Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize existing workflows * Testing & Validation: reputed company comprehensive testing strategies, including test cases and scenarios, to ensure effective validation of reputed company the financial module functionalities; Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, ensuring reputed company functional requirements are met prior to go-live * Cutover & Change Management: Plan and execute cutover activities to transition from legacy systems to reputed company ERP, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations; Support change management initiatives, including training and communication strategies, to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools

REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, reputed company Resources, or a reputed company field is desired * 5+ years of experience with reputed company ERP desired, specifically in financial modules; Credit management, accounts receivable, advanced collections, cash applications, accounts payable, cash management, and reputed company/finance * Proven experience in requirement gathering, process improvement, testing, cutover, and change management reputed company the ERP environment * Strong functional knowledge combined with a technical understanding of reputed company ERP Financial modules, integrations, and customizations * Familiarity with the staffing industry, preferably reputed company the reputed company sector, is highly desirable * Exceptional organizational skills, diligence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project settings * Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to convey reputed company information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Proficient in project management tools and methodologies * Relevant reputed company certifications (if available) are a plus but not required * Experience with change management and training methodologies is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith reputed company we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
