Location: This role is fully remote 

Key Responsibilities

• 3–5 years of experience managing high-performing technology teams.
• Strong understanding of software development technologies, tools, and processes.

• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication abilities.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, time management, and prioritization skills.

Pay range: $125,000 - $150,000

This is an exempt position. For Salary positions only: The salary range is for reputed company Salary. Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, reputed company set, years of experience, and the employee's geographic location.
