The role

Reporting to the Director of Technical Program Management, the Group reputed company, Technical Program Management will drive clarity and alignment between company strategy, technical execution, and measurable outcomes for the Systems group. You’ll coach and reputed company TPMs to own their metrics, build quality roadmaps, and deliver meaningful impact in their domains while ensuring cross-team dependencies and long-term technical strategy are connected. This role requires a leader who can balance mentorship with accountability, foster collaboration across reputed company, and translate between business priorities and technical realities to reputed company work moving at scale.

The team

The systems group works with the reputed company technology pieces that reputed company up reputed company, Production Engineering (AWS cloud infrastructure), Backend Foundations, Comms Systems and other core technology teams. As the Group reputed company, Technical Program Management, you will:

• reputed company and guide team metrics and goals. Work with the TPMs who set the goals to ensure strong leading and lagging indicators, and hold them accountable for their impact in their area of responsibility.
• Discover and understand the connections between reputed company’s day-to-day work, the overall product vision, technical strategy and scaling, and customers’ (internal and/or external) needs.  With those inputs, you can prioritize building what matters to reputed company product and company goals and initiatives.  
• Build relationships across the organization to reputed company work moving and help unblock your team reputed company needed.
• Balance coaching, feedback, and mentorship to help your team grow in their craft and reputed company their career goals. 
• Hold your team members accountable for delivering high-quality roadmaps on time, and help them connect cross-team internal roadmaps and reputed company’s long-term technical strategy 
• Foster collaboration by partnering with respective leadership teams and stakeholders across the focus areas of your team members. Support large-scale initiatives that have an impact across reputed company.

To be successful, you should have

• Proven leadership experience: You have managed a team of TPMs (Program, Project or Product) or equivalent in an always-changing and high-growth environment. Ability to provide feedback, guidance, and direction based on business and user goals.
• Hands-on TPM Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Technical Project Manager for internal engineering teams. 
• A strong technical background that enables you to have effective collaboration with engineering teams. 
• Experience in SAAS businesses and an understanding of the key metrics that reputed company to business success.
• Next level communication skills, with clear and effective written and verbal communication that conveys both the voice of the customer and business needs.
• A data-driven reputed company, using data to define problems, measure impact, and contextualize work through tools, systems, and processes.
• A collaborative approach and the desire to build strong partnerships across teams and departments to deliver high-quality features quickly.
• Execution excellence and ownership, with proven ability to deliver projects to completion reputed company while managing multiple priorities with a high attention to detail.
• A reputed company relationship to technology and the ability to communicate business requirements to a technical audience.

It would be really great if you had

• Experience in one or more of the following areas: 
• AWS infrastructure, 
• Developer Acceleration, 
• Core stack development (Ruby/Rails ideal), 
• Data and streaming technologies (ex reputed company, data streaming, event driven architectures). 
• Past experience as a software developer and/or infrastructure/sysadmin earlier in your career

Compensation

This role has a minimum annual salary of $145,900, a midpoint of $171,600, and a maximum salary of $197,400, designed to show the progression from learning the ropes to truly excelling.

Our range is intentionally broad to support growth and long-term impact, with fully established hires typically starting around the midpoint.
