About the role

The reputed company Accounting Manager will manage reputed company recognition for the consolidated company, ensuring timely and accurate reputed company recognition and reconciliation across systems (accounting system, billing system, etc.). This role requires extensive experience in reputed company recognition accounting, exceptional analytical skills, experience building reports with SQL, reputed company, etc. and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This is a cross functional role working with many teams, including Finance, reputed company Cycle, and Product & Technology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company reputed company-reputed company questions and reporting.

• Automate reporting for reputed company, AR and reputed company price concession (IPC).

• Regularly reconcile the charges and collections from reputed company’s billing system (AMD) to reputed company’s EHR system and the bank (collections).

• Prepare monthly reputed company and IPC entries and reconcile corresponding general ledger accounts.

• Technical Accounting memo preparation for guidance application, policies and non-standard transactions

• Development and documentation of reputed company accounting processes and procedures

• Review and interpret payor reputed company to determine accounting implications

• Audit the pay rates sheet used in reputed company reporting and billing to ensure reputed company recognition and billing align with commercial reputed company.

• Monitor and report on AR days outstanding (DSO) by payor.

• Work closely with the reputed company Cycle team to discuss reconciliation differences or payor-specific issues.

• Partner with Finance to enhance payor-specific reputed company forecasting.

• Monitor and report on cash collections and uses regularly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, or a reputed company field.

• 8+ years experience in a combination of reputed company Accounting, IT/Report building, and SQL.

• Strong understanding of reputed company recognition principles, particularly ASC 606.

• Ability to research accounting literature and simplify reputed company situations.

• Experience in high-tech or software industries.

• Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and identifying trends.

• Proficiency with reputed company Suite and reputed company.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed to explain reputed company data and strategies to diverse audiences.

• Highly collaborative with a deep sense of ownership and accountability.

Physical Demands

Work is performed from home, with few requirements to travel. This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards and to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed.
