Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Leads the efforts for low and moderate-reputed company projects and low-complexity programs. Supports the effort for highly reputed company projects and reputed company levels of programs.
• Formulates and defines business process and systems scope and objectives for programs and projects through research and fact-finding activities combined with a thorough understanding of business process analysis and requirements management practices and principles.
• Recommends and applies process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process improvement programs and projects by proposing, completing, and analyzing business models, data models, and hybrid reputed company models, identifying best practices, documenting and assessing performance measurements, and identifying business process and technology solutions to streamline processes.
• Provides group facilitation, interviewing, and training and provides additional knowledge transfer to appropriate stakeholders.
• Provides expertise to business analysis reputed company improvement programs by assessing and providing recommendations to various disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to independently apply business analysis on moderately to highly reputed company projects, scoping, requirements elicitation, business process modeling, requirements management, and feasibility and cost-benefit analysis.

Required Skillset

• 15 years of reputed company work experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Advanced knowledge of technologies relevant to the engagement.
• Advanced proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral).
• Ability to reputed company cost-benefit analysis, trending, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency using various reputed company Office desktop products.
• Ability to reputed company moderately reputed company business analysis efforts.
• Technical expertise in one or more business analysis-reputed company disciplines.
• Exhibits strong communication, facilitation, formal document writing, and presentation skills.
• Provide screen mocks for new/rewritten functionality
• Interact with business stakeholders to reputed company signoff on-screen designs, flow, and functionality
• Provide functional expertise (working with Scrum Master and developers) for project backlog creation and maintenance
• Provide functional expertise to the Scrum Master and the Scrum team for project backlog creation and maintenance, and weekly project-wide design discussions.
• Participate in scrum ceremonies, including sprint kickoffs, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint review/retrospectives, and (as applicable) end-of-sprint demos.

Education

• A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.

Clearance Requirement

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Active IRS clearance (MBI) or the ability to obtain and maintain one.

Salary Range

• The expected pay range for this position is $120,000k to $130,000k yearly. The pay reputed company will vary based on skills, experience, and location.
