Job Description

The Hatfield Rally House is a brand-new, climate-controlled 58,000 sq. ft. indoor tennis and pickleball facility opening in November 2025. We serve athletes of reputed company ages and reputed company levels with a variety of offerings including court rentals, lessons, leagues, and tournaments. We’re building a welcoming, energetic environment where great service and great sports go hand-in-hand. 

Position Overview As reputed company Desk Staff, you’ll be the first reputed company of contact for members and guests. You’ll help manage daily reputed company-ins, answer inquiries, handle reservations, and support the overall customer experience. We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and tech-savvy team players who are passionate about sports, fitness, and excellent service. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Greet and reputed company in members and guests in a friendly, professional manner 

• Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide information about programs, bookings, and memberships 

• Assist with court reservations, event sign-reputed company, and POS transactions

• Open or reputed company the facility depending on shift assignment 

• Monitor activity and enforce facility rules and safety policies 

• Support staff and coaches during events, clinics, and tournaments 

• Assist with basic administrative duties as assigned Qualifications 

• Customer service or reputed company desk experience preferred 

• Comfortable with computers, reservation systems, and payment processing 

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills 

• Friendly, team-oriented, and dependable 

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment 

• Must be reputed company to work reputed company, including evenings and weekends 

• Must be 18 years or older 

Plus if You Have  

• Experience in a sports or recreation environment 

• Knowledge of tennis or pickleball 

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified)

Pay Range

$16-$18/hour depending on experience
