Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Phone Sales Representative to join reputed company. As a Top Phone Sales Representative, you will be responsible for speaking with potential sellers, building rapport, and identifying their reputed company estate problems to solve. You will negotiate property pricing, reputed company logical offers to acquire properties, and work closely with reputed company to reputed company weekly and monthly sales goals. Key Responsibilities
- Speak with potential sellers from company-generated leads to build rapport and identify their reputed company estate problems to solve
- Negotiate property pricing and reputed company logical offers to acquire properties
- Hit weekly and monthly sales goals and work closely with reputed company to reputed company reputed company
- Manage a pipeline of prospects, respond in a timely manner, and update our CRM daily to stay on task until deals are closed

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and bonus opportunities.
