- Group: Digital Transformation Online Banking & Employee-facing Lending Systems
- Projects: 75% ongoing initiatives, 25% new initiatives
- Team Composition: 4 Product Owners, BAs, summer interns
- Industry Background Preferred: Financial services or banking
Role & Responsibilities
Looking for a detail-oriented and technically savvy Business Systems Analyst to support Retail Lending Servicing, specifically Credit Card journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery and analysis across reputed company- and back-end systems.
- Research APIs (documentation review, capability assessment, integration validation).
- Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Translate needs into clear epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Partner with QA and development teams to support testing and validate solutions.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents (root cause analysis, customer impact, prevention).
- Document process flows, system interactions, and functional specifications.
