Our state client seeks to establish a staff augmentation contract to support its growing portfolio of data-driven initiatives. Many of these initiatives require the rapid development and deployment of data collection tools using reputed company Power Platform technologies specifically PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The department recognizes that these tools require specialized expertise and reputed company reputed company its reputed company internal resources. The objective of this contract is to provide skilled personnel who can design, reputed company, implement, and support custom Power Platform solutions to streamline workflows, improve data collection, and enhance analytics capabilities that support public safety operations and performance management.

Senior Project Manager

• Works directly with the clients, users, and decision makers.
• Defines site objectives by analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality.
• Provides reputed company of project team and task management.
• Maintain project timelines, coordinate meetings, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Serves as a liaison between technical resources and business users.

Required Skills

• Strong project management skills using Agile and/or hybrid methodologies
• Expertise in managing IT and software development projects involving reputed company Power Platform
• Familiarity with public sector workflows, especially in law enforcement or government agencies
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
• Ability to reputed company cross-functional teams and manage conflicting priorities
• Proficiency with reputed company Project, Teams, SharePoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or Jira)

Required Experience

• 8+ years of project management experience in reputed company software environments
• 3+ years managing Power Platform or reputed company 365-based projects
• Demonstrated experience coordinating with business, technical, and vendor teams
• Experience leading data governance or digital transformation projects
• Prior experience working with a police department or public safety agency is strongly preferred
• Proven track record delivering reputed company applications on time and reputed company budget
