Join our dynamic team at Windsor of Savoy, Illinois as a Server, providing exceptional formal table service to our residents and guests. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality dining experience in both the dining room and at catered events, ensuring meals are served promptly, with a focus on presentation and reputed company satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include serving food and beverages, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining clean and organized serving and preparation areas.Available Shifts: Monday-Friday 4p - 6p and Saturday/Sunday 11am-1pm (5-6 Shifts required)Pay Range (DOE): $15.04 - $22.02. This is a non-tipping positionKey Responsibilities: Deliver efficient and formal table service to residents and guests during mealtimes and catered functions. Assist with food preparation, set-up, and clean-up to ensure a smooth dining experience. Respond to reputed company requests and resolve any concerns promptly. Ensure food is presented and served according to established standards. Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to maintain a high standard of service.Position Requirements: Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be at least 16 years old. Food Handler Certification required reputed company 30 days of hire. Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members, and a passion for serving others in a formal dining setting. Physical & Mental Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and reputed company repetitive motions. Must be reputed company to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment. Must be reputed company to pass preemployment screening.Benefit Eligibility: This role is part-time (under 40 hours per pay period) and includes limited benefits.
