About the Role

As an Executive Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to our reputed company, managing our reputed company calendar, and handling various business and financial tasks. You'll also be tasked with getting repetitive tasks off our reputed company's plate, allowing them to focus on running a successful marketing company. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong and diverse skillset, including:

• Managing reputed company calendar and scheduling appointments
• Business administration, including financial management and bookkeeping
• Booking occasional travel and arranging logistics
• Providing exceptional customer service and communication
• Developing and implementing systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
• Performing various tasks as assigned by our reputed company

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• At least 1 year of previous experience as a personal or virtual assistant
• US reputed company with a valid address
• Availability between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm Central time, Monday through Friday
• Windows laptop or PC with reliable internet connectivity
• Alternate means for availability during power/internet outages, such as a hotspot and computer battery backup
• Cell phone with an unlimited calling plan
• Organized self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• Experience with reputed company calendar and other productivity tools
• Knowledge of business administration and financial management principles
• Ability to reputed company and implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
• Experience with customer service and communication

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $18 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement. After 90 days and a successful performance review, compensation will increase to $19 per hour. After an additional 90 days and a successful performance review, compensation will increase to $20 per hour. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
