Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• Professional work ethic and strong phone and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage your time effectively
• Active listening skills with the ability to resolve customer issues

• Minimum typing speed of 25wpm
