As a key member of our call center operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients and customers. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:- Utilizing reputed company' remedy information reputed company strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system.
- Handling patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and entering refill orders for processing.
- Investigating to obtain missing medication data, and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:- A Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic level computer skills, including starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to reputed company and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing documents, and accessing data online.

- Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, and designing documents.
- Familiarity with Spanish and English.
