Job Summary

The Program Manager - Telehealth RN will be responsible for managing an effective and cohesive team to ensure consistent delivery of services, leading team members to deliver on program goals, and supporting the development and refinement of policies and procedures for the project's operational and clinical domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and experience working in a telehealth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company content knowledge expert concerning the review and research of provided clinical information.

• Provide direct supervision to assigned team of nursing and/or other clinical staff.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• reputed company Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain US reputed company Clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing from an accredited School of Nursing.
• reputed company licensure as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 15 years' telehealth experience.
• Minimum of 5 years leadership or supervisory experience as an RN.
• Prior experience supporting a Call Center environment.
