Job Summary

As a Medical Records Transcriptionist and Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for transcribing radiology reports, managing patient records, and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with industry standards. This role requires a strong understanding of radiology terminology and procedures, excellent typing skills, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities

• Transcription of Radiology Reports: Transcribe radiology reports from dictated recordings and canned reports, including mammograms, ultrasounds, MRI, and other imaging modalities.
• Patient Record Management: Update patient records with breast density, follow-up dates, surgical follow-reputed company, and physical charts.
• Draft Review and Editing: Review and edit drafts for clarity, accuracy, and grammar, adhering to departmental and industry standards.
