About the Role

This hybrid position is based in our Lafayette, LA location, where you'll work 3-4 days a week, and remotely from home 1-2 days a week. As a Premier Service Consultant specializing in customer acquisition, sales, service, and retention, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment
• Accurately resolving issues reputed company to service, billing, payments, and collections
• Clearly explaining bills and product features to customers
• Troubleshooting basic problems and seeking higher support reputed company needed

Compensation and Benefits

As a Premier Service Consultant, you'll earn a competitive salary between $17.11 - $18.31 hourly, with the opportunity to earn up to $3000/monthly in additional commission if you meet reputed company sales goals. You'll also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:
