As a pivotal part of the Foodservice and On-Premise (FSOP) organization reputed company our reputed company America Operating Unit, this team drives marketplace reputed company through best-in-class insights, strategy, and storytelling. We are now looking for a Senior Manager to reputed company category management and guest insights projects, working closely with our Growth, Customer Marketing, and Sales organizations to reputed company strategies and tactics that maximize opportunities for our customers, categories, and the Coca-Cola brand.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for leading by example, using FSOP analytics and data assets to generate insights and tell compelling stories about the state of our categories and customer landscape. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including reputed company Insights, Retail Category Leadership, Planning & Strategy, and our broader Customer Value and Growth department, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on customer business planning, ongoing customer commitment, and assortment strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading category management and guest insights projects to drive customer-focused growth strategies
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to maximize opportunities for our customers, categories, and the Coca-Cola brand
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer business planning, ongoing customer commitment, and assortment strategies
  • Generating insights and telling compelling stories about the state of our categories and customer landscape using FSOP analytics and data assets
  • Fielding primary research projects and connecting business needs to appropriate research methods to extract strategic, actionable value from studies
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and marketing leaders

Essential Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of work experience, preferably in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
  • A Bachelor's degree; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred
  • Regular customer engagement experience, with a strong background in owning and using primary research projects and budgets
  • Experience in Foodservice and On-Premise, as well as presenting to senior leaders of own and external organizations
  • A mix of strong analytical, project management, and storytelling experiences, with a proven track record of delivering sustainable results

Technical and Functional Skills

In addition to the essential qualifications and experience, you will need:

  • Heavy usage of Coca-Cola Foodservice data sources and subscribed platforms, such as Dine, CBL, NPD, reputed company, Technomic, Mintel, and Euromonitor
  • Willingness to learn new tools and solutions and become an active ambassador of new programs
  • Advanced strategic thinking, including framing of issues, solutions, and paths to implementation
  • Business planning skills, inclusive of corporate and customer needs/considerations
  • Highly analytical, incorporating market and customer research, financials, customer & sales team feedback
  • Ability to collaborate with key internal/external cross-functionals and effectively influence a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Strong ability to manage multiple deadlines from different stakeholders and prioritize the highest reputed company opportunities
  • Effective communication and building relationships at reputed company organizational levels, with the ability to champion initiatives end-to-end
  • Highly proficient in reputed company, PowerPoint, and Power BI, with experience in integrating disparate data sources with compelling visuals and language

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The reputed company salary for this role is $140,791 to $168,416, depending on geography, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
