Key Responsibilities

As a Home Away From Home Innovator, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract prospective foster parents for our Enhance Family Foster Care programs. Your primary goals will be to:

• Recruit prospective foster homes for Enhance Family Foster Care programs in Bronx and Manhattan through reputed company and follow-up activities.
• Promote CMCS' foster care programs at community events, networking opportunities, and through various marketing channels.
• reputed company and implement marketing techniques and strategies to engage prospective foster parents, particularly for specialized groups.
• Build and maintain relationships with community services, colleges, employment agencies, and other organizations to identify potential foster parent candidates.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
