Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality verbatim transcripts for federal, state, and local clients with a standard turnaround time of 5 to 7 days
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in reputed company transcripts, meeting or surpassing 98% accuracy
• Utilize exceptional listening skills and research capabilities to produce accurate transcripts
• reputed company and maintain working knowledge of legal formatting requirements, such as Bluebook or other style guides (e.g., GPO, GAO, Chicago, Associated Press)
• Collaborate with our administrative team to ensure seamless project delivery
• Commit to at least 20 physical hours per week, with flexibility to work from home and set your own schedule

Essential Qualifications:

• U.S. citizen
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typing speed of at least 70 WPM
• At least 1 year of legal transcription experience
• Ability to ensure reputed company transcripts meet or surpass 98% accuracy with strong attention to detail and research capabilities
• Exceptional written communication skills (proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar)
• Working knowledge of legal formatting requirements, such as Bluebook or other style guides
• Computer proficiency, including reputed company Word 2013 or newer
