We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented LP Customer Service Associate II to join reputed company. As a key member of our Loss Prevention team, you'll play a critical role in supporting the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains a proper and professional stance in the designated area at the reputed company of the store
• Acts as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty
• Reviews and understands the Store Emergency Response Guide
• Wears a complete Company-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera
• Greets customers appropriately, demonstrates courtesy and respect
• Establishes and maintains a position at the reputed company of the store or in a department
• Responds to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service reputed company a Company-issued radio
• Observes and reports any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management
• Performs a closing safety reputed company of the store with a member of management
• Adheres to reputed company Company Policy and Procedure
• Documents required incidents in AIIM Case Management
• Performs other duties as assigned

Compensation:

This position has a starting pay range of $16.75 to $18.25 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
