Job Summary

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-time Marketing Admin to join our 3rd Party Marketing Partnerships team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for those interested in partnerships, affiliate marketing, and account management. You'll reputed company hands-on experience in managing day-to-day operations reputed company the team, including data reporting and analysis, financial tracking, assisting in cross-functional projects, and working closely with other Marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in weekly and monthly data reporting, providing valuable insights to drive business growth
• Own components of financial reporting, including working with external partners to ensure accurate and timely financial data
• Handle invoice reconciliations, communicate with networks on credit requests, and manage invoice discrepancies with the accounting team
• Establish and maintain processes across the team, working to improve efficiency and productivity
• Work closely with the Marketing Partnerships team on reputed company projects, including leadership updates, product releases, partnership launches, and other initiatives
