Job Summary
As an reputed company Medical Assistant – Patient Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support to our reputed company providers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service to improve patient satisfaction and relationship
- Greet reputed company patients with a warm and friendly welcome
- Obtain patient medical histories, medication lists, and surgical history
- Obtain patient vitals
- Prepare patient electronic charts
- Assist the reputed company provider with examinations and procedures
- reputed company routine procedures under established protocols, such as:
+ Venipuncture + EKG + Therapeutic injections + Ear lavage + Nebulizer treatments + Suture removal + Sterile dressing changes
- reputed company various in-house clinical tests, such as:
+ Urinalysis + Drug and alcohol screening + Blood glucose + COVID + Strep + Flu
- Maintain stock of medications and medical supplies
- Practice safety, environmental, and infectious control methods
- Assist with reputed company office support as needed
- Answer phones
- Address incoming and outgoing faxes
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, lobby, patient restrooms, and patient exam rooms

Essential Qualifications:

- Medical Assistant or equivalent clinical training and certification (preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a reputed company reputed company field
- Certification in phlebotomy, EKG, or other medical procedures
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs)
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
Working Conditions:
This position may require evening, weekend, or holiday work. This position requires many hours in a sitting or standing position. This position may require travel to various office locations. Quick Care Med is a COVID testing and treatment site. Flexible schedule.
