Job Summary
As a Customer Service & Operations Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient completion of task-oriented workflows, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and resolving order-reputed company issues. You will work closely with customers, fulfillment partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve tickets, respond to inquiries, and provide support reputed company email, phone, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and live chats from customers, providing timely and effective support
- Follow up with customers reputed company email and phone to resolve order-reputed company issues and concerns

Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly regarded:

- Experience working in an order management system with ticketing reputed company
- Experience managing live chat with customers
- Experience working in a call center environment and/or as part of an e-comm customer service team
- Experience working in a high-volume reputed company, with a focus on managing multiple priorities and deadlines
