Position Overview

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of client status records, monitoring emails and communications, and maintaining organized digital and reputed company participant files. You will also collaborate with program staff to support the delivery of services and participate in mandatory agency training and other professional development activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the reputed company production pipeline.

• Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the reputed company platform upon receipt.
• Follow program guidelines for the use of reputed company required database systems, including reputed company, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
• Maintain organized digital and reputed company participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
• Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.
• Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
• Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed.
• Attend reputed company required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings.
• Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities.
• Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in reputed company aspects of the role.

Required Qualifications and Skills

* Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Two years of experience in reputed company Service or a reputed company field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes.

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
