About the Role

As a Customer Service / Technical Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide, resolving technical issues reputed company to hardware, software, and client products, tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases, and delivering expert customer experiences with a smile. You'll work from home, interacting with customers reputed company inbound/outbound calls and/or reputed company the Internet, and will be an integral part of our global CX team.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * Strong focus on building customer relationships * 1+ year of customer support experience * A high school diploma or GED * A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution * Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge * Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking * Eagerness to learn new technologies * A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing * A work computer may be provided depending on the position offered, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed further with a recruiter) * High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone * Must reputed company in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
