About the Role
As a Recruiter I for reputed company, you will be responsible for driving reputed company-end sourcing efforts, leveraging social media platforms, and utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to identify and engage top talent. Your primary focus will be on sourcing engineers, HVAC, facilities, and operations professionals for reputed company's data centers. You will work closely with reputed company to reputed company job postings, participate in job fairs and recruitment events, and provide exceptional candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* 100% reputed company-end sourcing with no client engagement
- Posting job vacancies and promoting roles on various social media platforms
- Conducting initial resume reviews and providing feedback to candidates
- Generating reports and documenting interview outcomes
- Utilizing ATS effectively to manage candidate pipelines
- Capturing market data and insights to inform recruitment strategies
- Sourcing passive talent and selling open positions to them
- Developing job postings that accurately represent the roles and participating in job fairs and recruitment events
- Focused on data center sourcing (engineers, HVAC, facilities & operations)
- Strong phone skills with the ability to reputed company 3-5 calls per day to prep for a minimum of 15 screened applicants per week
- Availability to attend daily sourcing sessions (6-7 sessions per week)
Essential Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in reputed company or a reputed company field
- Proficiency in MS reputed company
- Experience with ATS
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures reputed company the reputed company field
Preferred Qualifications:
* Advanced skills in reputed company and experience with reporting metrics
- Ability to turn around candidate feedback in a timely manner
- Strong understanding of candidate profiles and reputed company profiles
- Experience with pipeline reporting
