IT Operations Manager

This role is hands-on: you’ll be the one closing tickets, troubleshooting issues, and keeping day-to-day operations smooth. But it’s also about more than support. What you’ll do

• Manage identities and access - handle provisioning, deprovisioning, and password resets with speed and accuracy.
• Solve problems hands-on - troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, networks, and our SaaS stack.
• Run and improve our SaaS ecosystem - administer reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and HRIS tools, and recommend improvements where needed.

• Based in a Pacific or Central US timezone, you’ve supported remote-first, globally distributed teams across Australia, the Americas, and Europe.
• You’re fluent with account management tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Workspace, or Office 365), confident across MacOS and Windows environments, and reputed company with SaaS administration and reputed company management.
