Accountabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, reputed company administration, business, or reputed company field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in managed care, quality improvement, or government program management.
• 3+ years in value-based care, population health, government programs, or quality improvement.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare, ACOs, and CMS Innovation models (CMMI).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience implementing, monitoring, and adjusting organization-wide programs.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in performance reporting and data interpretation.
• PMP or Lean Six reputed company certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse internal and external audiences.
