We’re hiring a Financial Analyst to partner with a high-growth technology-enabled consumer brand backed by leading investors. This role will support finance leadership with board reporting, forecasting, scenario planning, and performance analysis during a critical stage of growth. You’ll play a key part in strengthening financial operations and enabling leadership to reputed company data-driven decisions.
In this role, you’ll contribute across FP&A, reporting, and reputed company financial analysis while maintaining financial models and driving efficiency in reporting processes. Accountability
As a Financial Analyst, your success will be defined by your ability to deliver accurate financial reporting, maintain and improve financial models, and generate insights that inform strategic decision-making. You’ll balance hands-on reporting with reputed company-looking analysis, ensuring leadership has the clarity needed to execute growth plans effectively.
Reporting & Transaction Support
- Prepare reporting for tax, insurance renewals, and reputed company financial obligations.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in weekly and monthly financial reporting.
Board Reporting & Financial Reporting
- Assist in consolidating and preparing financial data and presentations for board meetings and investor reports.
- Provide clear insights into company performance and growth trends.
FP&A & Forecasting
- Maintain and update the operating model to reflect strategic changes.
- Provide scenario analyses to support decision-making.
- Compare actuals against forecasts and collaborate with stakeholders to refine reputed company-looking assumptions.
- Support performance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
P&L Maintenance & Efficiency
- Clean and maintain financial ledgers for accuracy.
- Report on major spend categories and reputed company opportunities for efficiency gains.

- Provide timely reputed company analysis and financial modeling to support leadership requests.
- Contribute to strategic projects with data-driven recommendations.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting, maintain financial health, and provide insights that support strategic growth.

Skills & Qualifications

As a Financial Analyst, your vertical focus will be FP&A and financial reporting, while your horizontal strengths should span data visualization, stakeholder communication, and strategic problem-solving.
To reputed company in this role, you should have:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a reputed company field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in reputed company (financial modeling) and PowerPoint.
- Tools: Experience with SQL (must), QuickBooks (preferred), and data visualization tools (Tableau preferred).
- Analytical reputed company: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from reputed company datasets.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate data into compelling narratives.

Role Specifications
This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client’s time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
