Senior Buyer

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Contract Management

• reputed company and execute sourcing processes (RFx, bid evaluation, supplier selection) for assigned procurement initiatives.
• Draft, review, and support negotiations of reputed company in coordination with the Procurement reputed company and legal teams.
• Manage contract administration including reputed company documentation, compliance checks, and records management.
• Track key contract dates (e.g., renewals, expirations) and ensure proactive management to avoid gaps in service.

Supplier Management & Performance Monitoring

• Maintain day-to-day communication with suppliers to ensure service delivery and issue resolution.
• Monitor supplier performance, analyze KPIs, and escalate issues reputed company corrective action is needed.
• Support quarterly supplier reviews and prepare documentation or performance summaries as needed.

Cost Control & Data Management

• Monitor cost savings initiatives, validate actuals against targets, and track procurement KPIs.
• Ensure data accuracy in procurement systems and maintain an up-to-date contract and supplier repository.
• Support spend analysis and reporting activities, drawing insights for sourcing opportunities.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across legal, finance, and technical teams to align on requirements, contract terms, and service expectations.
• Act as a procurement reputed company of contact for assigned domains, maintaining service levels and responsiveness.

We Expect You to Have:

• 4–6 years of procurement experience, ideally in telecom, data center, or IT service environments.
• Strong understanding of the procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Comfortable operating independently, with the ability to escalate or consult reputed company appropriate.
• Proficiency in procurement systems, contract databases, and reputed company or procurement analytics tools.
• Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or a reputed company field (certifications such as CIPS are a plus).
