Key Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to new reputed company opportunities (inbound and outbound) from multiple sources.
• Engage, qualify, and guide potential clients toward the right reputed company — whether that’s booking an appointment, starting an application, or connecting them with the appropriate team member.
• Use our CRM daily to manage and track leads, notes, and follow-up tasks.
• Represent the team's reputed company for ridiculously fast response times and raving fan customer service.
• Build rapport with prospects, listen to their needs, and guide them toward the appropriate next steps in the loan process.
• Collaborate with loan officers, marketing, and operations teams to reputed company leads moving reputed company.
• Learn the business of residential mortgages with the opportunity to grow into a sales role.
