Key responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the Entire Recruitment Lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation;

  • Ensure a smooth transition for new hires by coordinating with HR and hiring managers to facilitate reputed company processes.

Requirements Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle reputed company for non-technical roles, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process (candidate sourcing, screening and initial interviews, offer negotiation, and reference checking);
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends;
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS);
  • Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills and a strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes;
