Key responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the Entire Recruitment Lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation;

- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit and reputed company references;

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate records is required;

Requirements Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle reputed company for non-technical roles, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process (candidate sourcing, screening and initial interviews, offer negotiation, and reference checking);
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends;
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS);
- Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills and a strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes;
