Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
• +5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or project management.
• Operational consulting experience - Big 4 or Top-tier consulting or equivalent experience..
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to reputed company and influence cross-functional teams.
• Advanced level in English and Spanish (written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments.
• Certification in Lean Six reputed company is a plus
