Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Drive innovation by building AI/ML-powered features into our SaaS product for the US market.

• Build, mentor, and reputed company a world-class AI/ML team.
• Partner with CEO and leadership team on roadmap prioritization and execution.

• Represent Fincent in external forums, investor discussions, and thought leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in AI/ML and SaaS product development.
• Proven track record of building and launching AI-powered SaaS products for the US market.
• US product building experience with a deep understanding of user behavior and compliance requirements.
• Strong design-first reputed company — ability to balance intelligence with simple, reputed company user experiences.
• Experience in building SMB and mid-market SaaS products with measurable adoption and impact.
