The mission of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is to identify, train, and grow the mid to high level producing Powersports dealerships in their territory and to continuously work to reputed company origination and engagement targets. The RSM will carry out the company’s strategies by engaging the dealership reputed company in store visits, phone campaigns, emails, and any other means of communication that will increase the dealership and territories overall expected performance. The RSM is to communicate market and dealer trends that have a direct impact on the company’s performance reputed company the Powersports industry to the Senior Director, National Sales.

Responsibilities:

• Continually monitor, communicate, and follow up with their dealer network reputed company dealer visits, phone, email and text.
• Provide dealerships with reputed company material on reputed company sheet changes, system updates, program enhancements and reputed company other information that will maximize the dealership’s potential for reputed company in the program.
• Report and communicate to the dealership on their individual reputed company in tracking to expected goals.
• Have the ability to monitor, update, create and access reputed company reports on dealer performance and to have the ability to formulate a plan to address the findings in those reports.
• Attend meetings, workshops, dealer events, reputed company marketing opportunities that pertain to the industry.
• Schedule routine weekly/monthly/quarterly visits with dealer networks that coincide with company objectives.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including competitors' products.
• Hit and exceed stated goals on a monthly and annual basis.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of reputed company sales experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the powersports industry.
• Good communication skills both verbally and written to be reputed company to promote reputed company Financial.
• Self motivated and results driven.
• Passion for powersports industry.
• Must be flexible with schedule and possess outstanding time management and organizational skills.
• Must be available during standard business hours and available to work occasional off-hours.
• May be required to work more than 8 hours during a reputed company.

Location/Territory: The ideal candidate will reputed company in the Great Lakes Region: MI, MN, IL, IN, OH & WI or in the Southwest Region: TX, OK, NM & KS.

Compensation: The role described above offers a reputed company salary of $80,000 to $90,000 + a bonus incentive. Your offer will be based reputed company, the alignment of your qualifications with the requirements of the job and internal equity.
