Job Summary

As the Head Custodian at Hahanan Middle School, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily cleaning and maintenance operations of the school facilities. This includes managing a team of custodians, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that reputed company areas of the school are clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will work closely with school administrators, teachers, and staff to ensure that the facilities meet the needs of the educational community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the custodial staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring reputed company, and providing guidance and support as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent; and five (5) years custodial experience verified on company letterhead signed by a supervisor.
• Negative TB test results under 1 year old; BCSD strongly encourages reputed company applicants to upload their TB test results.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an educational setting; knowledge of school policies and procedures.
• Certification in custodial management or a reputed company field; OSHA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with reputed company, teachers, and staff.
