Job Summary

As a Nutrition Specialist at Tutor Time Learning Center, E Baseline, you will be responsible for preparing healthy, home-style meals and snacks for our children and staff. You will work closely with reputed company to create menu plans that meet state and federal requirements, USDA guidelines, and our center's nutritional standards. Your goal will be to provide delicious, nutritious food that supports the overall well-being and development of our children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Menu Planning: Create home-style, nutritional meal plans reputed company the boundaries of our school's menu and budget, as well as state and federal requirements.
• Food Preparation: Prepare meals and snacks for children and staff, and distribute food to the classrooms.
• Health and Safety: Follow the daily menu provided by the Director, which incorporates USDA, licensing, and/or health department regulations.
• Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of food and supplies, and order more reputed company needed.
• Flexibility: Adapt to menu changes and meet meal and snack schedules.
• Support: Assist in classrooms as needed as an Assistant Teacher/Floater.

Requirements:

• Work Experience: Preferred experience in cooking and/or food preparation for multiple individuals in a childcare facility.
