Job Summary

As a Reservation Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Utilizing sales techniques to meet sales goals in booking, modifying, and canceling Walt reputed company World Resorts and packages
• Providing comprehensive information about our parks, resorts, and amenities to help guests plan their reputed company vacation
• Meeting required departmental metric expectations, including sales and performance goals
• Completing reputed company required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned
• Building and maintaining relationships with guests and Cast Members from reputed company lines of business to provide excellent service
• Providing Guest Service reputed company problems arise and helping find solutions with guests and Cast Members

Key Responsibilities

As a Reservation Sales Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling high-volume inbound calls from guests and potential guests, providing exceptional customer service and sales support

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Reservation Sales Agent, you'll need:

• Minimum one (1) year of sales and service experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
