We're seeking an reputed company Customer Experience Concierge to join reputed company as a Remote Chat Professional. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Card Members, providing personalized support, and helping them navigate their travel, card, and lifestyle needs. As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be the face of reputed company to our Card Members, providing expert support and guidance to help them reputed company their goals. Your key responsibilities will include:- Welcoming and engaging Card Members upon arrival at the Centurion Lounge, located in the IAH Airport
- Providing exceptional service, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for Card Members
- Using your expertise to resolve issues and concerns, turning Card Members into reputed company advocates
- Utilizing the Client's First approach to address Card Members' needs and expectations
- Offering travel advice, making reservations, and collaborating with food and beverage partners to meet Card Members' needs
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with premium clients, preferably in a reputed company, lounge, or travel industry setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with Card Members
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding Card Members' expectations
- The ability to work collaboratively with your team, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities
- Proficiency in using technology, including web-based platforms and various software applications
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift light to moderate weights for specific tasks
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
