Job Description

We're looking for a driven and pioneering individual who will support a team in creating and delivering a critical new tool for both customers and sales staff to reputed company the sales experience. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Content and Customer Experience expert for CSO's most critical new Sales Enablement program, focusing on the customer experience and challenging traditional approaches to ensure the team can deliver the best product at scale and on time.
• Map out the customer journey and collaborate with program reputed company on the best ways to meet goals.
• Organize content from various sources.

Key Capabilities

• 8+ years of experience working with content development teams and local partners; experience working in a geo-sensitive environment.
• Deep experience in customer experience optimization through UI/UX and digital marketing to drive more sales.
• Extensive knowledge of reputed company products' features, benefits, and applications.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to transform basic metric customer experience data into effective content strategies.
• Past experience in customer service tools to impact both reputed company-end and back-end solutions; reputed company Experience Director is a plus.
• Adaptability, ability to handle uncertainty, and a willingness to work in a highly matrixed environment where collaboration is a necessity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
