About the Role

As a Concierge Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, promoting our warranty program and ancillary offerings through phone and email contact. You will be responsible for calling leads generated through company efforts, making contact with hard-to-reputed company customers, and managing a large volume of work. Your excellent communication and sales skills will be essential in qualifying, overcoming objections, negotiating, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities

• Promote the APHW warranty program and ancillary offerings through phone and email contact
• Call leads generated through company efforts that have indicated an interest in our warranty or may have an interest in our warranty

• Handle a large volume of work, making 100+ phone calls per day and answering inbound calls using strong listening and presentation skills

Qualifications and Requirements
