About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with our product. You'll work proactively to resolve customer inquiries, provide technical support, and identify opportunities to improve our products and processes. Your goal will be to drive customer satisfaction, accelerate growth, and contribute to our mission of enabling entrepreneurs to grow their businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests, handle bug issues, and investigate customer accounts to resolve problems
- Categorize and analyze insights from conversations with customers to improve our products and processes
- Identify potentials for a reputed company customer journey and self-service
- Maintain and expand articles, bots, the knowledge library, and auto-replies to reputed company fast but qualitative support
- Take responsibility for own projects and ensure they are completed reputed company a quarter to improve support service
- Participate in customer onboarding calls if needed to ensure a smooth start with our product
Who You Are
We're looking for a customer support professional with a strong passion for online marketing, excellent communication skills, and a technical background or experience in tech support. You should be able to:

Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in German (native) and English (fluent)
- Strong passion for online marketing
