About the Role

As a Senior Digital Experience Analyst, you will be responsible for providing direct support to the development and implementation of our Digital Experience roadmap. This involves working closely with various stakeholders, including administration, medical directors, physicians, and other staff/teams to ensure that our digital experience initiatives meet the strategic and business goals of the organization. You will reputed company your expertise in multiple experience disciplines to drive the delivery of consistent and high-quality experiences across our applications and reputed company technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data to inform digital experience strategies and optimize technology-reputed company programs
• Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital experience initiatives

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to members, clinicians, and health plan team members
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise written and verbal reports
• Exercise decision-making authority in areas of responsibility, driving the delivery of high-quality digital experiences

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong reputed company in information technology, business, or marketing, as well as a passion for creating innovative digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field
• At least 5 years of combined experience in a reputed company, reputed company IT, or marketing technology setting, with a focus on creating, implementing, developing, or optimizing technology-reputed company programs
• Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional peers
• A customer-focused, data-driven, and strategic approach to digital experience development
• Certifications in Tapestry, MyChart, and Epic Care Link are strongly preferred

Certification and Licensure

• Epic certification reputed company 6 months of employment, including 2 test retakes
• Relevant certification designated for the role, if not supporting Epic
